Big box corporations should imitate the way he treats customers in the way he explains what the problem is, what the client can do better to mitigate damages for the future, and if you have time walk you through the process of repairing. Eddy is a professional and reliable. My husband and I went to dinner late in the evening on a Saturday night and came home to a warm house. I called Eddy immediately and he was at the house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the capacitor within minutes ( a fair and reasonable charge too) and the cool air was flowing again. I will definitely have Eddy on speed dial and for all the maintenance on the HVAC system.
